Welcome to New Court Surgery

Please be aware that the POD will be closing to New Court Surgery as on 26th April 2024.  You will be able to order your medications via the NHS app, SystOne Online or paper slip at the reception desk.

During April the practice provided the following:

  • 2319 face to face appointments
  • 565 telephone appointments
  • 1448 letters processed
  • 3456 medication issues
  • 79 vaccinations given
  • 909 tests
  • 415 medication reviews
  • 107 home visits
  • 102 DNA appointments

Following our recent patient survey and your responses to post appointment text messages, we are making some changes to the way appointments become available which will hopefully improve access.  Pre-bookable appointments will no longer be released on a Monday morning but instead will be released daily across the week. We are hoping that this will improve patient’s booking experience and as always value your feedback.
