GENERAL PRACTICE DATA FOR PLANNING AND RESEARCH (GPDPR)

To provide more time to speak with patients, doctors, health charities and others, the collection of GP data for Planning and Research in England has been deferred from 1 July to 1 September 2021.  Please click here for more information on what information is collected and how it is shared.

If you wish to opt out you can do so online here or via the NHS app in the Your Health section and then by selecting Choose if data from your health record is used for research and planning.  If you do not have internet access you can call 0300 303 5678 Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm excluding bank holidays.
